Deuteronomy 30:3

that then Jehovah thy God (Elohim) will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the peoples, whither Jehovah thy God (Elohim) hath scattered thee.

Then the Lord will have pity on you, changing your fate, and taking you back again from among all the nations where you have been forced to go.

He will bring you back home, gathering you from all the nations where he scattered you.

Then the Lord thy God (Elohim) wil cause thy captiues to returne, and haue compassion vpon thee, and wil returne, to gather thee out of all the people, where the Lord thy God (Elohim) had scattered thee.

That then the LORD thy God (Elohim) will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God (Elohim) hath scattered thee.

then your God (Elohim) YHWH has turned back to your captivity and pitied you, indeed, He has turned back and gathered you out of all the peoples to where your God (Elohim) YHWH has scattered you.
