עָר֤וּם רָאָ֣ה רָעָ֣ה נִסְתָּ֑ר פְּ֝תָאיִ֗ם עָבְר֥וּ נֶעֱנָֽשׁוּ
English Translation
The cunning saw evil, the simple were hidden, they passed by and were punished.

A prudent man seeth the evil, [and] hideth himself; [But] the simple pass on, [and] suffer for it.
