16 When thou shalt hate her put her away, saith the Lord the God (Elohim) of Israel: but iniquity shall cover his garment, saith the Lord of hosts, keep your spirit, and despise not.

כִּֽי שָׂנֵ֣א שַׁלַּ֗ח אָמַ֤ר יְהוָה֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְ/כִסָּ֤ה חָמָס֙ עַל לְבוּשׁ֔/וֹ אָמַ֖ר יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֑וֹת וְ/נִשְׁמַרְתֶּ֥ם בְּ/רוּחֲ/כֶ֖ם וְ/לֹ֥א תִבְגֹּֽדוּ

English Translation

For I hate divorce, says the LORD God of Israel, and covering with violence as with a garment, says the LORD of Hosts. Therefore take heed to your spirit that you do not deal treacherously.
