For with stammering lips and a strange tongue will he speak to this people;

He had told them, “You can rest here. Let those who are tired rest. This is the place where you can safely relax.” But they refused to listen.
But he will speak to this nation with stammering lips and in another language;
For with a stammering tongue and with a strange language shall he speake vnto this people.

For by scorned lip, and by another tongue, || Does He speak to this people.

So now God (Elohim) will have to speak to his people<br>through foreign oppressors who speak a strange language!<br>
