English Translation
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

God (Elohim) openly presented Yashua (Jesus) as the gift that brings peace to those trusting in him, the one who shed his blood. God (Elohim) did this to demonstrate he is truly good and right, for previously he would hold back and pass over sins,

For there is no difference: for all haue sinned, and are depriued of the glorie of God (Elohim),
