Genesis 39:22

And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph`s hand all the prisoners that were in the prison; and whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it.

And the keeper of the prison put all the prisoners under Joseph's control, and he was responsible for whatever was done there.

And the chief of the tower-house committed to Joseph's hand all the prisoners that were in the tower-house; and whatever they had to do there he did.

And when he heard me cry, he left the garment which I held, and fled out.

Before long, the warden put Joseph in charge of all the other prisoners and over everything that happened in the prison.
