Deuteronomy 26:4

And the priest shall take the basket out of thy hand, and set it down before the altar of Jehovah thy God (Elohim).

Then this is what you are to publicly declare before the Lord your God (Elohim), “My father was an Aramean who moved from place to place. There were only a few of them when he and his family went to live in Egypt. But they became a large and powerful nation.

and the priest has taken the basket out of your hand and placed it before the altar of your God (Elohim) YHWH.
