Deuteronomy 33:26

There is none like unto God (Elohim), O Jeshurun, Who rideth upon the heavens for thy help, And in his excellency on the skies.

No other is like the God (Elohim) of Jeshurun, coming on the heavens to your help, and letting his glory be seen in the skies.

There is none like unto the God (Elohim) of Jeshurun, Who rideth upon the heavens to thy help, And in his majesty, upon the clouds.

There is no other God (Elohim) like the God (Elohim) of the rightest: he that is mounted upon the heaven is thy helper. By his magnificence the clouds run hither and thither.

As a result Israel lives in peace; Jacob has no trouble in a country of grain and new wine, where the heavens drip with dew.
