Galatians 1:10

For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God (Elohim)? or am I striving to please men? if I were still pleasing men, I should not be a servant of Christ.

Am I now using arguments to men, or God (Elohim)? or is it my desire to give men pleasure? if I was still pleasing men, I would not be a servant of Christ.

For do I now seek to satisfy men or God (Elohim)? or do I seek to please men? If I were yet pleasing men, I were not Christ's bondman.

For do I now persuade men, or God (Elohim)? Or do I seek to please men? If I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

For am I now persuading men, or God (Elohim)? or am I seeking to please men? if I were still pleasing men, I should not be a servant of Christ.

Let me make it clear, my friends, regarding the good news I'm declaring—it did not come from any human being.

For nowe preach I mans doctrine, or Gods? or go I about to please men? for if I should yet please men, I were not the seruant of Christ.

For do I now persuade men, or God (Elohim)? Or do I seek to please men? For if I yet pleased men—I should not be Christ’s servant.

Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God (Elohim). If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ’s servant.
