Psalms • Chapter 43
1
Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against a nation that is not faithful; from a man of deceit and wickedness deliver me.
2
For you are my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, from the words of my groaning?
3
Send your light and your truth; they will lead me, they will bring me to your holy mountain and to your dwelling places.
4
And I will come to the altar of God, to God, the joy of my gladness, and I will give you thanks with the lyre, O God, my God.
5
Why are you cast down, my soul, and why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall still praise Him, my salvation and my God.
